Eligibility:

OSYO welcomes all students from the Tri-state area (9th grade to age 21 for OSYO and middle school age students for OSYO). Age exceptions may be made at the discretion of the conductor. Students are expected to be enrolled in school and their school music program, if available. Students are also required to study with a private teacher.
